The Seattle Sounders won a thrilling 2-0 victory in last night’s U.S. Open Cup as the Sounders have now won three straight Open Cup trophies.  Their opponents, the Chicago Fire, failed to become only the third team ever to win the Cup five times.  The first goal came in the 77th minute and Chicago had some good chances to equalize before Seattle sealed the victory in stoppage time.

In celebration of Seattle’s historic win, here is a video of maybe the best press conference celebration ever.  The comments section is open to discuss the match and what Seattle’s win means for the rest of the MLS season.  Enjoy!

    So many trophies it’s easy to get them confused. This video is from
    2010.

    Good for them. I hope it makes them soft in the play-offs. The 2nd
    goal was a really good one.
